PROFILE
The
practice was formed in 1985 by present directors, Robert Armstrong
and
Douglas Biggs, both of whom have had wide experience in commercial
and residential valuing over many years.
In
March 2000, two further directors were introduced into the company,
namely William Sharpe and Geoffrey Nixon.
Over
the years the company has provided mortgage valuations across a wide
range of property and our report formatting has been widely accepted.
We are constantly refining and updating the presentation of copy detail
to maintain a high performance level.
The company, through its rapid growth and continuous close relationship
with major financial institutions, is expanding and providing expertise
in all fields of property valuations. In 2003 Theo Doukas, a senior
valuer in our Commercial Division, was appointed as Associate Director.

are not affiliated or associated with any real estate marketing organisation
and the company runs as an independent and self contained operation

valuers are on staff and with the exception of distanced valuations
we do not contract work out.
