Valuation Services

Armstrong Biggs Fallon is an independent, professional property valuation and advisory company that prides itself on its market-oriented approach to valuations. Once we are in receipt of formal instructions, our Australian Property Institute (API) certified valuers make an appointment to thoroughly inspect the property, research and analyse the sales and marketplace of the property's surrounds, then provide a clear, concise and well supported property valuation for the purpose you require.

The broad knowledge, experience and professionalism of our valuers is an area we feel is paramount to the confidence that is placed in our property valuations. We ensure a prompt efficient service by utilising the most up-to-date technologies and software, and will keep you updated on the status of your valuation report throughout the entire process.

Family Law

Armstrong Biggs Fallon have conducted valuations for Family Law purposes since 1985.  In that time, we have learnt that the valuer, when conducting the valuation inspection, must at all times provide both a professional and compassionate approach.

In conducting our inspections and being aware of not only the duty of care at arriving at a fair and independent value, we also acknowledge that we are representing the instructing party to provide a professional approach to all matters.

To this end all Family Law valuations are conducted by a member of our management team, a professional senior Australian Property Institute (API) certified valuer. The broad knowledge, experience and professionalism of our valuers is an area we feel is paramount to the confidence that is placed in our property valuations.

NDIS Funded & Co-Living Accommodation

Martin Fallon is one of the few leading specialist valuers in this emerging field, having personally implemented and overseen a program responsible for the valuation of in excess of 300 assets since 2021. He has grown relationships with funders, SIL providers, developers and investors during this time which has him often called upon by key industry stakeholders for his expertise.

The NDIS currently supports the lives of 500,000 Australians and their families and is widely anticipated to overtake both the cost of Medicare and spending on National Defence in the short-medium term.
